The Government of the State of São Paulo has opened vacancies for those who wish to enroll in the program People's Education Scholarship, where installments of R$ 500.00 will be made available.
The Governor of the State of São Paulo João Dória announced, on the last 14th, the program People's Education Scholarship.
The program aims to hire 20,000 guardians of students from the state education network to provide general support to schools, where they will receive a monthly benefit for six months.
Created on May 26, 2021, through Law No. 17,372, Bolsa do Povo also brings together other existing social actions, such as the Sports Talent Scholarship it's the Citizen Income.

The program People's Education Scholarship, has a monthly benefit of R$ 500 to professionals.
The work mainly consists of monitoring health protocols for the in-person return of students and staff to schools during the pandemic period.
To apply, candidates must visit the website People's Scholarship (https://www.bolsadopovo.sp.gov.br/) and click on the option “education“.
The deadline to apply is from the 19th to the 31st of July.
The working day will be four hours a day, and the activities will take place from August to December.
According to the Secretary of Education, Rossieli Soares: “For those who have difficulty (online), we are asking schools to remain open for do the registration”.
The program People's Education Scholarship Its main objective is to help families overcome the educational and financial challenges caused by the pandemic.
One of the objectives of the program is also to increase the involvement of the entire school community, strengthening the bonds between students, teachers and Education staff.

- Be legally responsible for a student of the state network (one responsible per family);
- Be between 18 and 59 years old;
- Live close to the school unit (two kilometer radius);
- Be unemployed for at least three months;
The preferred criteria are:
- Be registered in CadÚnico (Cadastro Único);
- Being the mother of a student from the state network;
- Have a child studying at the school of interest;
- Older age — If two people compete for the same vacancy, the oldest wins.
According to information from the Department of Education, the interviews will begin on August 2nd, and hiring will be confirmed on the 16th of the same month, according to estimates.
For register, the system requires an identification document, the student's RA, address and three schools of interest.
